AL is currently working with HMPO to provide Level 2 and 3 application support for their digital services. The core requirements include digital transformation in adherence to architectural design, supporting documentation of new and existing services, as well as supporting the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of the services to minimise downtime and disruption to users whilst ensuring knowledge transfer and upskilling to civil servants in place.

This particular project hopes to aid business continuity preservations. The UK Government has pledged to modernise IT systems, and we will support them in doing so.
