Norm Russell – Partner & Co-Founder

Norm_squareB&WNorm has over 20 years of experience in IT.  The last 10 years have focused on the people, process, and technology of automating IT operations and services.  Norm started his career as a software engineer, and was chief architect on HP’s Internet publishing architecture (Patent No. US 6,687,704).  Norm helped pioneer data centre automation efforts in America and Europe through his work at Loudcloud (Opsware, acquired by HP).  These days Norm is helping several large organisations realise the potential of their software investments, and control operational costs for their ever growing infrastructure estate.

Norm graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada, enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Kris Saxton – Partner & Co-Founder

Kris_squareB&WKris has been a UNIX systems engineer for more than 10 years, with more than half of that time spent building ISPs and ASPs. A technical authority on all things data centre, he has held CTO positions and worked on automating server estates comprised of tens of thousands of machines.

A London School of Economics graduate and erstwhile Mountaineer, proprietary software is his mistress, but his heart lies with open source software.


Tony Weston – Business Development Director

Tony Weston2squareTony joined Automation Logic in August 2015 to lead the sales and business development function for the company. A seasoned sales and business development leader,  Tony has successfully managed consulting based relationships at a senior level with some of the largest organisations in the world, including GlaxoSmithKlineUnilever and Shell. Tony leads Automation Logic’s expansion into new business relationships while also ensuring that existing clients’ are able to capitalise on Automation Logics’ growing portfolio of solutions.



Vicky Schildkamp – Chief of Staff

Vicky joined the team in January 2016 and leads all aspects of talent management and resourcing for the company. A highly experienced HR and recruiting professional, Vicky most recently ran her own HR consulting firm providing strategic HR and Talent Management support to start ups and SMEs in the tech. sector. Prior to that Vicky headed Talent Management for email marketing software firm Pure 360, where she supported a rapid growth in the business, more than doubling permanent and contract staff there over a three year period.  Tasked with all aspects of resourcing and talent management for the business, her appointment marks yet another key milestone in the development of the Automation Logic business.
